  学习和工作经历
  山东大学微生物学士,加拿大马里托巴大学微生物学士,美国加州大学洛杉矶分校公共卫生博士,美国华盛顿州立大学(终身)教授,第六批“千人计划” 国家特聘教授入选者,2012年以特殊人才引进,并特聘山东大学教授,博士生导师。

  研究方法
  主要从事生物降解领域的生物化学、分子生物学、合成生物学研究。在多种细菌中明确解析了聚氯酚类化合物(Polychlorophenols)的降解途径和螯合剂类化合物(EDTA和NTA)的降解途径;证实了三价铬有机金属复合物是铬在生物地球化学循环中一个重要的组成部分,在生物降解和生物转化中的酶学以及途径基因的发现和调控方面取得了突出的成绩。共发表SCI论文69篇,编写了5本论著的章节。目前,我们主要通过基因组信息研究,采用多种实验方法解析微生物新的代谢途径,并用之于合成生物学研究。
